Absorb & offset one gigaton of CO₂

A north-star mandate for the next era of carbon markets: institutional capital, cryptographic provenance, and outcomes you can audit.

Collective ambition

1 GIGATON CO₂e

Roughly two years of the European Union’s historical annual emissions — a deliberately impossible-sounding goal to align every decision with planetary scale.

Mission

Carbon markets work when trust is programmable.

We are building the capital and systems layer for high-integrity removals and durable offsets — where issuance, retirement, and claims survive scrutiny from regulators, LPs, and the atmosphere itself.

Two engines: avoid emissions today, lock CO₂ into tomorrow’s materials

Our mandate spans verified carbon offsets that displace dirty fuels at the household level, and carbon absorption pathways that mineralize CO₂ into durable cement and concrete products — each instrument mapped with on-chain lineage where it strengthens trust.

Carbon offset

Clean cookstoves & safe water

Gold-standard climate outcomes from everyday infrastructure: cutting firewood and charcoal for cooking, and avoiding fuel use to boil unsafe water — with measurable, third-party-verified emission reductions and deep health co-benefits.

  • Improved & efficient cookstoves — Programs that replace open fires and inefficient stoves reduce fuel demand, indoor air pollution, and time spent gathering fuel. Credits reflect real usage and conservative baselines under recognized methodologies.
  • Household water filters & purification — Safe drinking water without boiling (e.g. filtration, UV, other low-carbon treatment) avoids wood, charcoal, or LPG burned purely for water treatment — a growing class of high-integrity avoided-emission projects.
  • Integrity & traceability — We prioritize conservative crediting, durable monitoring, and retirement records that institutions can defend — aligned with registry rules and, where useful, tokenized claims tied to immutable references.
Carbon absorb

CO₂ mineralized in cement & concrete

Industrial absorption: CO₂ is captured and reacted into stable carbonate minerals inside cementitious materials — turning a building material into a long-lived sink rather than only a source of process emissions.

  • CO₂-cured concrete & aggregates — Early-age curing with CO₂ can improve material performance while binding carbon in solid form — with quantified net storage when measured against transparent system boundaries.
  • Supplementary cementitious materials & blends — Lower-clinker formulations and reactive mineral feeds can pair with carbonation pathways to reduce cradle-to-gate intensity and increase durable storage where science supports it.
  • Capital for scale-up — We connect offtake, project finance, and digital MRV so plants, retrofit kits, and portfolio aggregators can grow from demonstration to gigaton-relevant throughput — always subject to third-party verification of net removals or net reductions claimed.

Approach

Three pillars at gigaton scale

Ledger-grade truth

Tokenized or linked instruments with tamper-evident lineage from methodology to retirement — fewer grey claims, more defendable portfolios.

Nature & engineered sinks

Channel liquidity into verified reforestation, soil carbon, mineralization, and frontier removals that meet science-aligned bars.

Institutional rails

Structures and partnerships that sovereign wealth funds, corporates, and family offices can actually underwrite — not just tweet about.

10⁹ tonnes

Climate math is measured in billions of tonnes. Naming the gigaton forces product, policy, and portfolio choices toward depth instead of vanity metrics.

1 Gt CO₂e

Is on the order of 2–3% of annual global energy-related CO₂ — a single digit of the whole problem, which is exactly why it must be tackled with serious infrastructure, not marketing stunts.

Build the ledger the planet can trust.

Whether you represent a project developer, a fund, or a protocol — if you are optimizing for durable tonnes and transparent claims, we should talk.
